Hmmmm . . . what to do with leftover turkey?
How about using shredded or cubed leftover turkey breast and adding to a sauté pan of Stonewall Kitchen Coconut Curry Simmering Sauce? Why not! That would be super-fast and quick.
I would cut up some turkey breast chunks and toss into a saucepan and add this slightly sweet, slightly spicy coconut curry sauce and warm through. I’d sauté some snow peas in sesame oil, make a batch of sweetly scented jasmine rice and chop up some cilantro to garnish my 10-minute prep meal. And I’d add a dollop of Greek plain yogurt on the side.
